This is for the moment when your role, direction, confidence, or sense of self has been shaken and you need clarity, stability, and a way to function again. It is not career coaching in the traditional sense, and it is not clinical therapy. It is designed to help you stabilize internally, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and reorient yourself when work-related loss has affected more than just your job.

Welcome! We look forward to connecting with you online. To ensure a smooth and professional virtual experience for everyone, please review our booking terms below. 1. Booking & Refund Policy All digital sessions are confirmed upon receipt of payment. To maintain our schedule and commitment to all clients, all bookings are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for cancellations or missed sessions. 2. Rescheduling Your Virtual Session We understand that technical or personal conflicts arise. We offer a one-time rescheduling option under the following conditions: Notice Required: Requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the session start time. Availability: Rescheduling is subject to open slots on our current calendar. Frequency: Only one reschedule is permitted per booking. Subsequent requests or "no-shows" for the rescheduled time will result in the forfeiture of the session fee. 3. Technical Requirements & Punctuality Connection: Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a functional camera/microphone prior to the start of the session. Start Time: The virtual room will open at the exact time of your appointment. If you arrive late, the session will still conclude at the scheduled end time to remain on track for the next client. Link Security: Your unique session link is for your use only. Please do not share it with third parties. 4. Time Zone Responsibility All session times are listed in [New York time/ EST]. It is the client's responsibility to confirm the correct local time for their virtual appointment.
